Rashford vs. Amorim: The Reunion That Could Break the Internet

Michael Carrick has dropped the hint that Rashford could feature in Saturday's preseason showdown against AC Milan. That's right: the same AC Milan now coached by Ruben Amorim — the man who left Rashford rotting on the sidelines before his Old Trafford exit.

"He's our player, and he's come back great," Carrick told ITV. "I've known Marcus a long time, and he gives us something a little bit different, and he's been in great spirit since he's been back."

It gets better. Speaking to MUTV before the Leeds match, Carrick revealed Rashford, Lisandro Martinez, and Kobbie Mainoo only returned a couple of days ago — but they might be ready for the weekend.

"Marcus, Licha and Kobbie only came back a couple of days ago so they're not quite ready but we can have them for the weekend," Carrick said.

Amorim's reckoning?
