The Camp MVP? Darius Cooper Won't Quit

Forget the big names for a second. The buzz in Philly is all about Darius Cooper, the undrafted free agent out of Tarleton State who crashed the roster last year and is doing it again. With DeVonta Smith and rookie Makai Lemon nursing hamstring injuries, Cooper has stepped into the spotlight and built genuine chemistry with Jalen Hurts. Strong hands. No fear over the middle. He's making a loud case for a 53-man spot in a deep wideout room.

Hurts Is Dealing in the New Offense

Jalen Hurts has had his moments — and his hiccups. He got picked by Mac McWilliams on an end-zone fade, then bounced back with dimes to Elijah Moore, Dontayvion Wicks and Dallas Goedert. This defense is a problem. Jalyx Hunt has lived in the backfield. Zack Baun jumped a route and picked off Hurts. Quinyon Mitchell grabbed his second pick of camp and looks ready to start stacking regular-season interceptions after collecting four in the playoffs. Rookie LB Jihaad Campbell has flashed, and the interior line — Carter, Jordan Davis, Byron Young, Moro Ojomo — is an absolute wall.

Carter Cashes In

Jalen Carter showed up to camp fresh off a record-smashing four-year, $152 million extension with $106 million guaranteed — making him the highest-paid defensive tackle in NFL history in both guaranteed money and average annual value ($38M). No hold-in, no drama. Just a very rich man ready to wreck offenses.

What's Still Unanswered

The biggest question? How does new OC Sean Mannion's offense look when it matters.
